1 - From the Download History page click the Custom Date Range radio button

For example: if today is the 18th of the month set your ending date to the 17th, this will insure any new transactions processed on the 18th will be included in your next download.

Suggestion: Call the directory where you keep your PayPal History Files something that is easy to remember, like PPDL History. Use a standard naming convention for the history files that makes sense to you for future reference, for instance try a name like: PPDL-030106-040106. Where PP means PayPal, DL means Down Load followed by the date range (start and end) of the reporting period. Now you know you have a PayPal Download History File for the 03/01/06 to0 4/01/06 reporting period. Use the same naming convention for every PayPal History File so you’ll always know (at a glance) your PayPal History Files reporting periods.
