1) From the QuickBooks toolbar select File > Utilities > Import > IIF files.
An Import window will open.
2) Enter the correct directory path in the Look In field.
3) Double click the correct file name or enter the file name in the File name field, the data import will start immediately.
A Working window will open and indicate the progress of the data import activity.
4) When completed a QuickBooks Information window will open and indicate Your data has been imported.
Your SimplePort iif data import file has been imported into QuickBooks.
