SimplePort is a web-based subscription service designed specifically for on-line use.

SimplePort maps PayPal transaction data to your QuickBooks company file.

All SimplePort data mapping functions are accomplished in a few simple steps via the SimplePort process.

Subscriber Requirements

• Computer with internet connectivity.
• PayPal business (merchant) account.
• QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise edition desktop accounting application (even QuickBooks for Mac)

• Customer payments imported into Sales Receipts
• Full and/or partial refunds support  
• Imports all transactions, creates separate line items for:
   - Sales Taxes
   - Shipping
   - Insurance
   - PayPal Fees
   - eBay Auction Fees
• Generates customer records (including email and address information)
• Inventory Support:
   - PayPal-to-QuickBooks item description matching
   - Sets Item Number and Income Account on sales receipt items
   - Automatic updating of inventory levels
   - Assigns revenue to correct Income Account

   - eBay auction fees mapped to Auction Fees account
   - eBay auction ids listed on Sales Receipts
